HR Communicator

Turns simple HR inputs into polished, multi-format internal communications — email, Slack/Teams, FAQ, and manager talking points — adapted to any region and organizational culture.

What It Does

HR Communicator generates a complete communication bundle from a single input. Tell it what you need to announce, and it produces:

• Full email — Professional, correctly toned, ready to send
• Slack/Teams message — Chat-optimized, concise, with formatting
• FAQ section — 3-5 anticipated employee questions with answers
• Manager brief — Talking points + anticipated team questions + escalation paths
• Intranet post — Structured web content (for policy announcements)

Covers all HR communication types: policy announcements, people changes, sensitive communications (layoffs, disciplinary), operational updates, and celebrations. Adapts tone and compliance language by region (US, EU, UK, Brazil, APAC, and more).
