What It Does

• Handoff artifacts: Compacts 3-5K agent personas into ~379 token YAML artifacts on agent switch
• Token budget calculator: Shows per-agent costs using N=W/m (star) and N=b^L (hierarchical) formulas
• Context compaction: 3-tier classification (KEEP/SUMMARIZE/DISCARD) for within-agent memory management
• Decision tree: When to compact vs. handoff vs. monitor — based on context usage and switch plans
